I only had come across this literally today. but I have fond memories of Bruce. In the 1980s. He was a teacher at Mono Amaranth Public School. And he was my 5th grade teacher in the 1986-87 year. There was never a more entertaining teacher in elementary school than him. I think we spent more time outside than in the little out door portable that was our class room that school year studying nature, Going on school yard adventures. And until that year.
