So saddened to hear about Ron Munro from a former colleague. He was an outstanding sales manager and taught me about customer psychology when I was a western rookie sales rep at Nelson in the early 90's. I still remember his 10 commandments of committee selling! He was honest and gave constructive feedback to his sales people. I was surprised and moved at the last day of our Nelson sales conference when he sang a beautiful song with his guitar. Ron was such a presence and a force in this world. I am sure that he is content and at peace in the next world.
