I am very, very late with this! I just discovered Rons passing and am sad. Sad that I had lost touch with a friend and good person. Ron and I went to University of Western and had many memorable times. I could always count on Ron when life got bumpy which it always does. The reason I was thinking of Ron is because he carved a totem pole for me which I still have at a cabin in BC. I was looking at it and remembering all those late nights at the Wheat Sheif Tavern in Toronto. Thought I would try to look him up but am late. I still have those memories. If this makes it to his family and kids and they want to contact me that would be special.
