To All the Stewarts, Amy and Claire were wonderful and much admired friends of my parents Norah and George Harris. Many years of memories of parties, gardening, trips to Stratford. My mother was lucky to have such a wonderful solid, loving friend in Amy. Makes me sad and wistful to think that Amy must be almost the last of that generation of women ( men and women) who went through the war and continued on to make contributions and live graceful and responsible lives.
