In 2014, I had all my staff fill out a short test called Fascination Report and Helga was one of those individuals who had been concluded as a Change Agent.

Truly, she is. There are five words to describe Helga: Inventive, Untraditional, Self-propelled, Vivid and Quick-witted. Her energy and direction gives her the power to inspire people to be innovative, too. She has a naturally curious personality and tend to be pretty fearless in her approach and this is clear in how she communicates. Whe she gets on a roll, she brings people in with a flurry of untraditional approaches and she's always unafraid to be different.

With her passing, the Board of Directors of her Compumatrix Family under the leadership of David Morris our President and CEO, has awarded her the Order of Helga Degen Memorial Award, the first award of its kind to be given in our company's history.

It reads:
