Condolence: Bill was a great friend of our family and I have many fond memories of him, especially his help after the fire that took not only our house but our little brother Shawn. He was always there to lend a helping hand. His kindness and compassion for others will never be forgotten.
It warms my heart to know that my sister, Pat, and Bill had so many wonderful loving years together. Their relationship was like a match made in heaven.
I am so glad that he became a part of our family. He will truly be missed. One day we will all meet again in heaven.

Condolence From: Elizabeth Hayduk
Condolence: I remember Bill fondly from all the times he gave us lifts back & forth to Sunday school. I also remember, years later,when I had days off from The Salvation Army Training College for Officers. It was great fun to go Centre Island and hang out with both of you while Benji was tearing around in the maze.
Bill was a good man with a generous heart. Steve remembers meeting him at the DMV in Toronto, where Bill signed over his Dacia to us. This enabled us to see each other on our days off after we were ordained, & I was in a location that had poor & irregular bus service. We have always been grateful for his magnanimity.
Pat, Steve and I are so sorry for your loss. I'm glad that you shared many years together, because you will always have the memories in your heart. And one day you will both be reunited, which gives you something to look forward to while you wait.
