It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce the passing of Bill on Saturday, May 21, 2016 at Headwaters Health Care Centre with his loving wife and soulmate Pat by his side. Dear father of Barbara (Ray) Ouelette and their son Chris, Ottawa; sons Wayne (Debbie) and their children Cheryl, Heather, and Scott of Greenfield Park, Quebec; Bruce (Louise) and their children Amy, and Brian of Summerside, PEI. Will be missed by his grandchildren. Brother of Amy Gibson (John-deceased). Predeceased by his first wife May and their oldest son Keith and Bill's siblings Fred, John, Frank and Nellie. Bill will be missed by his Legion comrades, neighbours and friends. Many thanks to the staff of D & E Wing at Headwaters Health Care Centre for their personal attention and care. Special thanks to our neighbours Sharon and Brian Demanche who helped out over the years including during the March 2016 ice storm. Gratitude to Louise Phillips who would come to help on short notice. A huge thanks to Dave the paramedic who not only responded to our calls but went out of his way to get services that would help Bill stay at our home safe and comfortable. Thanks to Chris, President of the Orangeville Legion who gave Bill lifts from the hospital. Special thanks to my sisters Shannon and Karen who continuously sent Bill cards and gifts. He loved receiving mail. Bill's ashes will travel to Pointe Claire, Quebec National Field of Honour.

Cremation has already taken place.
