Condolence: Saddened to hear about the passing of James. Neighbour to him for 9 years, always loved seeing him puttering in his garden or cutting his grass all the while putting up with our dogs incessant barking at him. My daughter loved talking to Mr James as she called him although I could tell he couldn't understand a word she said. Deepest sympathies to his family and friends.
