Sacerty, Mary Doreen (nee Ewing)
Peacefully at Dufferin Oaks, Shelburne on Saturday, December 5, 2015 at the age of 92. Loving wife of the late Charles Raymond Sacerty (2006). Beloved mother of John (Susan) of London, Ann Rice (Barry) of Wasaga Beach, and James (Lenore) of Shelburne. Cherished grandmother of Christopher (Jennifer), Deborah, Lori (Edward), Timothy (Mireille), Ryan, Kelly (Barrett) and Brittany. Dear great-grandmother of Casey, Cameron, Madison, Ethan, Jackson, Brenna, Lucas, Keira, Landon, Trent, Georgie, Kimberley and Hayden. Sister of the late May (Jim) Burke. Doreen will be greatly missed by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First Street, Orangeville on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Thursday, December 10, 2015 at 11 a.m. (Visitation will begin at 10:00 am). Interment to follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Orangeville. Memorial donations to the CNIB would be appreciated by the family.
A tree will be planted in memory of Mary in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. A dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 11, 2016 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
