Peacefully at Headwaters Health Care Centre on Saturday, January 31st, 2015, at the age of 75. Beloved husband of Marilyn Petrie. Loving father of Greg (Elizabeth) and step-father of Steve (Mitzi), Vicki Koebel (Dan), Mike and Valerie Lindlau (Heinz). Cherished grandpa of Alysha, Lauren, Braeden and step-grandpa of David, Chantelle, Sean, Ashley, Nicki, Sara, Jennifer, and Jessica. Dear brother of Dennis (Trish) and uncle of David.
Visitation will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home & Chapel, 21 First Street, Orangeville on Wednesday from 3-5 & 7-9 p.m.
Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday, February 5th, 2015 at 2:30 p.m.
Memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
A tree will be planted in memory of Gerry in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. A dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 13, 2015 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
