Peacefully at Headwaters Health Care Centre on Monday, August 22, 2016 at the age of 61. Beloved spouse of Carol Finlay. Dear father of Bryan, Allyn (Krystin), Terry (Ashley Drake), Heather Finlay (Dallas Johnson), Lindsay Braden (Michael) and Ashley Glassford (Tim). Cherished grandpa of Sara, Kyla, Greyson, Heath, Maia, Emmitt, Wyatt and Forrest. Loving brother of Donna Matheson (Earl). Fondly remembered by Gwen & Rick, Edward & Lori and Hal & Shirley. Sadly missed by his best friend Mortimer. Gordon will be greatly missed by other relatives and many friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre. 21 First Street, Orangeville, Ontario on Saturday, August 27, 2016 at 11:00 am. Visitation will begin at 10:00 am. Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made to Cerebral Palsy or the Heart & Stroke Foundation.

A tree will be planted in memory of Gordon in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. A dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 11, 2016 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
