Born in a snow storm on April 3, 1923, Beth slipped off the plate (her words) with snow falling on Friday, January 12, 2018. Wife of Fraser (1984); mother of Bob (Jane), Julie and Drew (Alison).
She really will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Paige (Doug), Nigel (Hillary), Nevan (Jenn), Ian and Christopher, and great-grandchildren, Victoria, Amanda, Tamzen, Trae and Zoey; Loved sister of Nora Hoare (Arthur, deceased), Marion Menary (Lewis, deceased); predeceased by her brothers Arthur and Edgar.
Those who loved her, loved her a lot.
In lieu of flowers Beth requests you take a friend out for a refreshment of their choice.
A Memorial Celebration of Beth's life will be held on Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. Family will receive friends beginning at 1:30 p.m at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First St., Orangeville.
A tree will be planted in memory of Beth in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. A dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 9, 2018 at 2:30 p.m.
