Boers, Hendrick (Henry)
Henry went home to be with Jesus on Sunday, May 20, 2018 in Orangeville, Ontario at the age of 68. Beloved husband of Anne (Aukje) Boers (Huizinga). Loving father of Melissa Boers, Nathan Boers and Amy (Steven) Vellenga. Cherished Opa of Brody and Leah Vellenga. Dear brother of Nancy (Albert) Jansen and Hilbert (Barbara) Boers. Henry will also be greatly missed by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First St., Orangeville on Thursday, May 24, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Funeral Service will be held at Christian Reformed Church, 50 Blind Line, Orangeville, on Friday, May 25, 2018 at 2:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Orangeville Christian School would be appreciated by the family.
A tree will be planted in memory of Hendrick in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. A dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 9, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
