Dear Sheila and family I was sad to learn of Joan's passing. Although it has been years since I have seen your mother I have many fond memories of her and your family from our years living on Roywood. Throughout our childhood I was warmly welcomed into your home. Our trip to the East coast was just one happy memory. Joan was like a second mother in those years with all our sleepovers and meals.
