Dear Rosie, Jenn, Craig and family and friends. What a sad shock to hear of Derek's death at such a young age. He was such a great guy. I knew him for nearly 30 years, from the time I was at Raychem and he was at Bell Canada. I hired him to come and work at Channell, and he outlasted me there by 15 years! What a great guy he was: smart, sensible, humorous, hard-working, decent, laid-back, dependable, loyal. One of the world's best guys. I'll miss him. Deep sympathies, Don
