Condolence: I am sorry to see Mr Collins has passed away. I had seen him in one of the emergency room corridors and was going to say hello but he was sleeping. I figured I would catch up with him later. I looked after his eyes and had done cataract surgery on him. I hope he was happy with the care I provided. He always dressed dapper whenever he came to clinic and his hearing wasn't so good- I will miss him-he was a pleasant fellow.

Condolence: The Collins family: So sorry to hear of Bill's death he was a great guy, always friendly & had a smile on his face...met him quite often in the Mall having coffee with the boys and in the later years at Metro doing his shopping...he will be missed
