Early, Floretta Jean (nee Smith)
Peacefully at Shelburne Residence on Monday, January 9, 2017 at the age of 91. Beloved wife of the late Allan Early (2002). Dear mother of Barry (Marlene), Matthew (1948), Ron (Gayle), Heather, Grant (Nancy) and Keith. Cherished Grandmother of Sharon, Dyan, Danielle, Kathy, Kevin, Paul, Lisa, Scott, Jennifer, Travis, Devon and Keagan; Great-Grandmother of Drew, Ashley, Taylor, Dylan, Liam, Jordan, Josh, Nathan, Brielle, Makenna, Lexa, Jacksyn, Ember, Oxtlan, Tessa, Taryn; Great-Great-Grandmother of Carter, Lyndsea and Adalyn. Remembered by her brother Bruce Smith and sister Mary Spooner. Predeceased by her sister Ruby McCauley. Floretta will also be greatly missed by other relatives and many friends.
Funeral Service will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First St., Orangeville on Friday, January 13, 2017 at 3:30 p.m. Visitation will begin at 2:30 p.m. Spring Interment-Alton Cemetery.
Memorial donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.
A tree will be planted in memory of Floretta in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. A dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 10, 2017 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
