Obituary for Martin Theodore VanderEyken
VanderEyken, Martin Theodore
Peacefully at Headwaters Health Care Centre, Orangeville on Tuesday, January 3, 2017 at the age of 74 . Beloved husband of Patricia VanderEyken. Dear father of Tom and his wife Decia, Deb and her husband Dr. Rob van Galen and Carole and her husband Mike Spinelli. Cherished grandfather of Aarik, MacKenzie, Korbin, Mason, Gage, Bryer, Ben, Nick, Matt, Sarah. Remembered by his sister Helen Pell. Predeceased by his brothers Gerry and Tony. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association. Martin will also be greatly missed by other relatives and many friends.
Memorial Visitation & Reception will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First Street, Orangeville on Friday, January 6, 2017 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
A tree will be planted in memory of Martin in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. A dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 10, 2017 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
