Peacefully at his home on Sunday, July 17, 2016 at the age of 80. Beloved husband of Rosalia. Dear Papa of Rosa Palmieri (Paul), Josie Coffa (Joe), Patrizia MacMaster (Peter 2005) and Daniela Valerio (Raff). Cherished Nono of Alison (Matthew), Chrystina, Daniel, Michael, Alexandra, Benjamin, Ashley, Luca and Marco. Special Great -Nono to William. Survived by his brother Salvatore (Rosina) and his sister Rosaria Messina (Rocco). Predeceased by his sisters Maria Madonia and Francesa Madonia (Salvatore). Giuseppe will be greatly missed by his family, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held at Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First Street, Orangeville on Tuesday, July 19, 2016 from 3:00- 5:00 pm. & 7:00-9:00 pm. Mass will be held at St. Timothy Catholic Church 42 Dawson Rd Orangeville, on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at 11:00 am. Entombment will follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Woodbridge. Memorial donations to the Alzheimer's Society of Canada would be appreciated by the family.
A tree will be planted in memory of Giuseppe in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. A dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 11, 2016 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
