Hooker, Cynthia Carolyn (nee Heppler )
Peacefully at Bethell Hospice on Sunday, 15 May, 2016 in her 78th year. Beloved wife of Charles Hooker for 48 years. Dear mother of Catherine Hooker (Tom d'Ippolito) and Claire Hooker (Alex Szekeres), grandmother of Sofia, Lucia and Philippa, sister of John Heppler (Judy Petursson) and Julie Fredenburg (Don Fredenburg). Predeceased by sister Virginia Eckersley and parents Carleton and Lordeen Heppler. Much missed by other relatives and many friends.
Arrangements entrusted to Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Orangeville. Memorial donations to the Bethell Hospice would be appreciated by the family. Private gatherings for the family and friends will take place on the family farm at dates to be announced later.
A tree will be planted in memory of Cynthia in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville, and a dedicated service will be held on Sunday, 11 September, 2016 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
