Phillips, Lillian Frances (nee Heelis)
Peacefully at Headwaters Health Care Centre on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at the age of 97. Beloved wife of Gordon Phillips (1991). Dear mother of Carolyn Coulombe (Gilles), Robert (Susan), Wayne (Jill), Gary and Judy (1968). Cherished grandmother of Rick (Carol), Carole-Ann (Pat), Marc (Lynn), Trevor (Susan), Tara (Paul), Kevin (Ashley), Krista (Adrian) and Michael (Shannon). Dearest great-grandmother of Melissa, Heather, Ryan, Matthew, Payton, Hailey, Courtney, Preston, Rylee, Khloe and Liam. Predeceased by her brothers Edward, Donald, George and her sister Mary. Frances will be greatly missed by other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First Street, Orangeville on Sunday, May 15, 2016 from 3:00- 5:00 and 7:00-9:00 pm. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Monday, May 16, 2016 at 11:00 am. Memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
A tree will be planted in memory of Frances in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. A dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 11, 2016 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
