I have known Scott for 40 years. ABout 30 years ago my wife at the time and Scott went for a walk in a park outside of Brampton somwhere and brought along a picknic and a frizbee. Scott was at the stage or just coming out of the stage where he wore jeans a shirt and a skinnny leather tie with blond hair. He was still long and lankey though LOL. Anyway, we were laughing and talking about Scotts latest "Get Rich" brainstorm. Although in those days his mind had great ideas as he was always brilliant. We began throwing the frizbee around and started really enjoying ourselves. Scott actually started to get into-it and was really chasing after each throw which was unlike him as Scott prethought every step as if it was a calculation not to be used lightly, when all of a sudden (This is a kind of "you had to be there to find it funny thang") I through the frizbee high and wide. Scott ran, feet stretched out not unlike a gazille, just prior to completing a great leap and forward twist into the air, completely missing the frizbee and landing like a bad joke. I was already laughing when Scott said "There goes that last bit of dignity I was saving for something important one day" and we all laughed so hard we lost our breath. It was those remarks Scott would say where he could laugh at himself and have fun and be funny that I loved about him, not to mention his bond to friendship. His endless friendship, where he would do anything for the people he cared for. Thats the Scott I miss. Thats the Scott Ill remember.
