Peacefully in Orangeville, Ontario on Thursday, March 16, 2017 at the age of 96. Beloved husband of Deolinda Da Costa. Dear father of Joe and his wife Mena, Carlos and Eusebio Jr. Cherished grandfather of Darren, Lisa (Peter), Kevin (Olivia), Mark (Anna), Michael (Teena) and Ian. Dearest great-grandfather of Jayden, Lucy, Max and Isaac. Remembered by his sisters Maria and Helena. Eusebio will also be greatly missed by other relatives and many friends.

Visitation will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First Street, Orangeville on Monday, March 20, 2017 from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Timothy Catholic Church, 42 Dawson Rd., Orangeville, on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Mono. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.

A tree will be planted in memory of Eusebio in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. A dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 10, 2017 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
