Gordon, Josephine Lavinia ("Jo") (nee Armstrong)
Peacefully at Headwaters Health Care Centre on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at the age of 91. Beloved wife of the late Grant Gordon (1967). Dear mother of John and his wife Kathy and Ken and his wife Patty. Cherished grandmother of Kelly, Shannon, Grant and Jack. Remembered by her sister Nellie and predeceased by her brother Willie, sisters May, Sadie and Tillie. Josephine will be greatly missed by her nieces, nephews and friends in Northern Ireland and Canada.
Visitation will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First St., Orangeville on Wednesday, November 16, 2017 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Thursday, November 17, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. with visiting starting at 9:30 a.m.
Memorial donations to Tweedsmuir Presbyterian Church would be appreciated by the family.
A tree will be planted in memory of Josephine in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. A dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 9, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
