Evans, James "Jim" Charles David
Peacefully, surrounded by family at Grey Bruce Health Services, Markdale on Friday, August 28, 2015 at the age of 77. Beloved husband of Marie. Loving father of Cathy Palangio (Bill), Heather Evans (Tracy), Janet Davey (Chuck), and Donna Evans. Cherished papa of Matthew, Nicole, Tyler, and Hannah. Jim will be fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, in-laws and many close friends.
Visitation will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First Street, Orangeville on Tuesday, September 1st, 2015 from 1:30 p.m. until time of the Memorial Service in the Chapel at 3 p.m. Memorial donations to Centre Grey Health Service Foundation or The Lung Association would be appreciated by the family.
A tree will be planted in memory of Jim in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. A dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 11, 2016 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
