Peacefully surrounded by her family at Bethell House on Saturday, March 28, 2015 at the age of 53. Loving mother of Jenn Jeavons, Darik Maurice and Brody Maurice. Cherished grandmother of Joshua and Ashlee Jeavons. Beloved daughter of Fran and Deacon Frank Chowhan. Dear sister of Denyse Chowhan, Karen Chambers and Jeanette Salt. Maureen also leaves behind her niece, Kayleigh Salt. Maureen will also be greatly missed by other relatives and many friends.

A Celebration of Moe's Life will be held at Dods & McNair Funeral Home & Chapel 21 First St., Orangeville, on Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. with Visitation beginning at 11:00 a.m.
The family will receive friends 2 hours prior to service time.
In lieu of flowers Memorial donations to Bethell Hospice Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.

A tree will be planted in memory of Maureen in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. A dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 13, 2015 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
