Peacefully at Harmony House, Guelph on Friday, February 27th, 2015 at the age of 99; Beloved wife of the late Lockwood Stubbs and the late Geoffrey Harris; loving mother of Jim and his wife Carol, Fred and Linda Nicholls; Stepmother of Tim Harris (Lucy) and Gweneth Harris; cherished grandmother of Craig (Paula), Janice (Mark), Michael (Christine), David (Adriana), Kevin (Wendy), Sean (Michelle) and Erin (Todd); dear great- grandmother of Ashley, Jaime, Lindsey, Scott, Ryan, David, Mackenzie, Brittany, Sarah and Marin. Predeceased by her parents Dr. JT Thomas and Marion Thomas. Mary will be missed by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home & Chapel, 21 First Street, Orangeville on Tuesday, March 3, 2015 from 6:00-9:00 p.m.
Funeral Service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday, March 4th, 2015 at 11:00 a.m.
Spring Interment at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Orangeville.
Memorial donations to Orangeville & District OSPCA would be appreciated by the family.
A tree will be planted in memory of Mary in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. A dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 13, 2015 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
