Peacefully at Welland Hospital on Thursday, January 29th, 2015, at the age of 73. Beloved husband of the late Rita (nee McCormick). Loving father of Kelly (Eleanor) and Chad (Christina). Cherished grandfather of Owen, Reagan, and Lincoln. Dear brother of Allan (Kathleen) and Linda Mullin (John). Predeceased by his siblings Alta Olmstead, Robert, and Michael. Ray will also be missed by other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home & Chapel, 21 First Street, Orangeville on Thursday from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m.
Funeral Mass will be held at St.Timothy Roman Catholic Church, 42 Dawson Rd., Orangeville on Friday, February 6th, 2015 at 11 a.m.
Spring interment will be held at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
Memorial donations to the Canadian War Amps or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
A tree will be planted in memory of Ray in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. A dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 13, 2015 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
