Patterson, (Bill) William John
Passed away peacefully at his home in Orangeville on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 at the age of 45. Beloved son of Pat and her husband John Hawker and the late William Patterson. Loving brother of Sandy (Steve) Brook. Dear step-brother of J.P. (Khara) Hawker, and Jill (Mike) Hawker-Spiers. Cherished uncle of Cameron. Lovingly remembered by his aunt Sheila (Gary) Flowers, and Eva (Clarence-deceased) Murphy. Bill will also be greatly missed by his aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Diabetes Association, Kidney Foundation or a charity of your choice.
Visitation will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First St., Orangeville on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. (RSVP not required for visitation). Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at 1:00 p.m. with visitation from 11:00 - 1:00 p.m. (Face coverings must be worn during all events in the funeral home - Please RSVP on this web page or to Dods & McNair Funeral Home (519-941-1392) if you will be attending the memorial service on Wednesday - attendance is limited to 50 people).
A tree will be planted in memory of Bill in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. The next annual dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
