Peacefully at Brampton Civic Hospital on Thursday, June 25, 2020 at the age of 85. Dear father of Johannes (Annette) and Theo (Catharine). Cherished grandfather of Samantha, Lily and Danielle. Remembered by his brothers Bernard and Theo and all of his nieces and nephews in The Netherlands and Canada. Predeceased by 10 of his brothers and sisters. William will also be greatly missed by many friends near and far.

Private Funeral Service will be held at Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First St., Orangeville on Sunday, July 5, 2020 with Webcast available for viewing at 3:00 p.m.
Private Interment - Maple Grove Cemetery, Dundalk.
A tree will be planted in memory of William in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. The annual dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 13, 2020 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
