Obituary for Victor Volpe
Victor Volpe (Sept 2, 1955- Aug 21, 2021)
It is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of Victor, at age 65, after a short but hard battle with Stage 4 stomach cancer. Victor passed away at home with his loving family by his side. He will be reunited in heaven with his parents, Angelo and Michelina. Victor will be sadly missed by his wife Ann, and his children Catherine, Jonathan (Kendall), and Matthew. Victor was a proud grandfather to Caitlin, Tavis, Evelyn, Daniel, and Joshua. A special thanks to the doctors and nurses at Sunnybrook hospital.
Visitation will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First St., Orangeville on Wednesday, August 25th, 2021 from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm & 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm RSVP IS REQUIRED - Face coverings must be worn during all events in the funeral home. A private family funeral Service will be held on Thursday, August 26th, 2021. Webcast of service will be available at 11:00 am. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
A tree will be planted in memory of Victor in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville.
