Amos, Tanya Nicole (nee Hatton)
Peacefully on Tuesday, May 31 2022, a day spent with her family and closest friends, Tanya Amos passed away at Bethell House Hospice. Although you fought so hard and were so strong, your body knew it was time to let go. You took your last breath knowing that all of your children were there to say goodbye.
Tanya was a proud mother, daughter, sister and friend. She will be remembered for her fierce love of her children Carley, Brandon (Ashley) Cassie and Brady. From early on, Tanya’s biggest desire in life was to be a mother. She raised her children and cared for so many others. Tanya was a mom to so many.
Tanya was the first born daughter to Paul and Louise. She was the little sister to Terry and looked up to by her younger siblings Tina and Michael. She has many nieces and nephews who loved her like a parent. Again showing that you were a mother to so many.
Tanya was loved by her friends. She was always there when you needed her. And when the time came, when she needed you, your friendship made her stronger. Jennifer, Ingrid, Susie and Helena and so many others. Tanya would want you to know how much you all meant to her.
Tanya touched so many people in this town and we all lost a piece of our hearts on May 31st. She is now at peace and can watch over us all. We will miss you for ever. Rest in paradise Tanya. We love you.
Celebration of Tanya's Life will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First St., Orangeville on Monday, June 6, 2022 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Memorial donations to Bethell Hospice Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
