Peacefully went to be with the Lord at Dufferin Oaks on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at the age of 75. Stan is survived by his wife Darlene; his children: Joseph (Jenny), Jason (Kellie), Diana (Rett) McGibbon, Jeffrey (Shannon) and Jonathan (Jessica); his grandchildren: Elias, Kyden, Alayna, Jace, Asher, Calia, Adelaide, Oakley, Charlotte, Wilder, Laken, Shepard, Dawson, Elora, Wesley, Dallas and Mackenzie; his older brother Edward (Susan). Stan will also be greatly missed by other relatives and many friends.
Funeral Service will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First St., Orangeville on Monday, June 27, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. (On the day of the service, to watch the webcast of the service, please scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will find the play button)
Interment to follow Reception at Barrie Union Cemetery.
A tree will be planted in memory of Stan in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. 20th Annual Dedication Service will be held on Sunday, September 11, 2022 at 2:00 p.m.
