Hansman, Shelley Maureen Skye
November 22, 1960 to August 27, 2020
Shelley passed away in her sleep on Thursday, August 27, 2020. She is survived by her three children: Andrea Skye Boehme (Will Fillier), Natalie Dupuis (Pierre Dufour) and Lee Dupuis along with her darling grandchildren, Éva and Noah Dufour. She will be dearly missed by her brother and sisters: Lauren (Elizabeth) Hansman, Lynne Hansman and Karol (David) Murphy along with her nieces and nephews. Shelley was predeceased by her parents: Lauren Edgar Hansman Jr. and Erma Maureen Velma (Rennick) Hansman. Shelley was a very kind and contented person. She was mischievous, loved to get her own way, and so enjoyed a good laugh!
We will miss her impish smile dearly and are grateful for our many memories.
Interment Service will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at The Callander Union Cemetery, 510 Mountain Road, Callander P0H 1H0 with a Reception following at Callander Community Centre, 1984 Swale Street, Callander P0H 1H0.
(Please be advised Provincial restrictions are still in place and only a limited number of 50 people are allowed in the building at one time and social distancing must be observed.)
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Diabetes Canada.
A tree will be planted in memory of Shelley Skye in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. The next annual dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
