Brian Hammond
Passed away peacefully with his family by his side at Headwaters Health Care Centre on Monday, May 2, 2022 at the age of 62. Loving father of Kris (Dean), Roxanne (Paul), Mathew and Amie (Bob). Cherished grandfather of Cody, Florenza and Shelby. Dear brother of Janice, Shelley and Alison. Predeceased by his parents Frank and Louise Hammond and his brother Gary Hammond. Brian will also be greatly missed by other relatives and many friends.
Memorial Service will be held at Tiverton Cemetery on Saturday, May 14, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. with a Celebration of Life to follow at Tiverton Community Center.
A tree will be planted in memory of Brian in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
