Obituary for Rashied Walfall

Rashied Walfall - Cst. Rashied Walfall #3515 Peel Police

Peacefully with his loving family by his side on Thursday September 28th, 2023 after a long, hard-fought battle with cancer.

Rashied began his career in 2009 with 22 Division, where he worked in Uniform Patrol, the Neighbourhood Policing Unit, and the Criminal Investigations Unit. Rashied later transferred to Intelligence where he worked in the Commercial Auto Crimes Unit.

Rashied was a valued member of the Peel Regional Police family and a Die Hard Tampa Bay Buccaneers Fan. He is survived by his loving wife Julie. Cherished father to Nevaeh (2010), Kaiden, Christian and Olivia. Dear son of Yvonne & Dave Delgado. Beloved brother of Nicholas (Kaitlyn), Brandon (Stefanie), Kayla and Shawn. Remembered by his mother & father-in-laws Linda Dickman & Anton Cutajar.
Rashied will be greatly missed by his Peel Police family, many friends and other relatives.

A Celebration of Rashied's Life will be held at Caledon Valley Estate, 16847 Heart Lake Rd, Caledon Ontario on Saturday October 7th, 2023 from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm. Service of remembrance will be held at 10:30 am. The family request attendees wear their football jerseys, sports jerseys or apparel in honor of Rashied's love of sports.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the family Go Fund Me (, Headwaters Health Care Centre Oncology or Bethell Hospice in honor of Rashied.

A tree will be planted in memory of Rashied in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. 22nd Annual Dedication Service will be held on Sunday, September 8, 2024 at 2:00 p.m.

Condolences may be offered to the family at
