Passed away peacefully at the age of 83 on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at Headwaters Health Care Centre. Beloved wife of the late Alex Chalmers. Dear mother to Beverley and Jim, Joanne and Dale, Lindsay and Rosemary. Cherished Nana to James (Morgan), Melissa, Cherish (Matt), Nevada, Rebecca, Sidney, Heather, Lacey (Colin). Loving GG to Owen, Ella, Alexander, Sadie, Carson and Maxwell. Pauline will be greatly missed by family in England and many friends.
The family will be honouring her life with a Private Service at Forest Lawn Cemetery where her final resting place will be with her loving husband Alex.
Memorial donations to Headwaters Health Care Foundation or Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
A tree will be planted in memory of Pauline in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville.
