Peacefully at Headwaters Health Care Centre on Saturday, December 7, 2019 at the age of 79. Beloved wife of Naaman Smith (2009). Dear mother of James Smith, April Schurtz (Ron) and Barbara Taylor. Cherished grandmother of Ellisa and Michael. Remembered by her brothers & sisters and her special friends Matthew Buzzell and Annie Fawns. Patricia will also be greatly missed by other relatives and many friends.
A Celebration of Patricia's Life will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First St., Orangeville on Sunday, December 15, 2019 from 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
A tree will be planted in memory of Patricia in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. The annual dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 13, 2020 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
