It is with a heavy heart that the family of Norman Francis Hooker announces his passing on Thursday, July 25, 2019 at the age of 72.
Norman otherwise known as "Poppy", "Uncle Crash" and the "Neighbourhood Watch" will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 49 years, Elizabeth Ann (nee Hathaway) and his children Connie (Nigel) and Jason (Lisa). Poppy will also be fondly remembered by his four grandchildren, Chelsea (Andy), Sarah, Caity and Matthew and deeply missed by his great-grandson Bruce.
As per Norm's wishes, there will only be a celebration of life gathering for his immediate family (Date TBD).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation in memory of Norman can be made to Bethell Hospice Foundation, P.O. Box 75, Inglewood, ON L7C 3L6.
We would like to thank the staff, nurses and volunteers at Bethell House Hospice. You are very kindhearted and special people.

A tree will be planted in memory of Norman in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. The annual dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 8, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
