O'Gorman, Marie Patricia (nee Fields) Peacefully surrounded by her loving family at Bethell Hospice, Caledon on Friday, January 20th, 2023 at the age of 80. Beloved wife and best friend of Edward O'Gorman. Cherished mother of Brendan (Suzie) and Audrey Dales (Patrick). Devoted Nana of Siobhain, Ashley, Collin, and Cecilia. Proud Great-Nana of Caiomhe and Ceire. Remembered by her brothers Liam, Tommy, Brendan, and Fred and her sisters Clare and Rita and their partners. Predeceased by her parents Paddy & Elizabeth, her infant grandson Edward, and her beloved relatives that have gone to rest before her. Marie will also be greatly missed by her in-laws, especially Anna and Ann, and her nephews, and nieces in Canada, Ireland, England, and Australia. Funeral service will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First St., Orangeville on Wednesday, January 25th, 2023 at 11:00 am. Visitation will begin at 10:00 am. Memorial donations to Alzheimer's Society Dufferin or Bethell Hospice would be appreciated by the family.

A tree will be planted in memory of Marie in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. 21st Annual Dedication Service will be held on Sunday, September 10, 2023 at 2:00 p.m.
