Peacefully with her family by her side at houses of Providence on Tuesday, April 19, 2021 at the age of 99. Beloved wife of the late Peter Nedzki. Beloved mother of Janice Bell (Jim), Julia Deffett (Bruce) - deceased, Krystyna Connors (Ed), Sophie Lordon (Peter). Loving Babcia of Neal, Peter, Lesley, Kasia, Robert, Stefanie and Tony. Dear Great-Babcia of Piper, Macy, Taylor, Luke and Vinny. Remembered by her brother Ted Stroz (deceased), John Stroz and her sister Helen Stroz. Maria will be greatly missed by family and friends.
Funeral Service will be held at Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First St., Orangeville on Saturday, April 30, 2022 at 2:30 p.m. with Visitation beginning at 1:30 p.m.
Interment to follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Orangeville.
A tree will be planted in memory of Maria in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville.
