Peacefully at Milton District Hospital on Monday, January 25, 2021 at the age of 87. Beloved wife of Donald (2012). Dear mother of Shirley and her husband Paul Boyes and the late Debbie Rantell. Cherished grandmother of Jessica, Rebecca (Tony), Sarah, Erica, Jayson, Jonathan and Melissa. Great-grandmother of Zachery, Cristina, Lucas, Cameron, Jackson, Bryson, Ariana, Kyra and Avery. Jean will also be greatly missed by other relatives and friends.
A Private Funeral Service will be held at Dods & McNair Funeral Home on Saturday, January 30, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. Service may be watched by Webcast at 11:00 a.m.
Memorial donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the International Fund for Animal Welfare, 301 1/2 Bank Street, Unit 2, Ottawa, ON K2P 1X7 would be appreciated by the family.
A tree will be planted in memory of Jean in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. The next annual dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 12, 2021 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
