Lloyd Hancock, A true gentleman, passed away peacefully, October 25, 2021, in the tender care of the Huronia Hospice with his daughter Colleen and his sister Faye at his side. He will always be remembered for his winning smile, his calm presence and wanting to "help you" demeanor. He was the beloved husband of the late Shirley Hancock (nee macPherson 2016). Dear father of Colleen Sheppard and Brett Hancock. Father-in-law of Keenan Sheppard. Cherished grandfather of Taylor, Jordan, Mitchell, Jessica, Genny and Aaron (deceased). Predeceased by his close-knit siblings Jack, Mickey and Irene. Lloyd will also be greatly missed by other relatives and many friends.
Memorial will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First Street,
Orangeville on Saturday, November 20, 2021, Visitation will begin at 1:30 p.m. followed by the Service at 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to Hospice Huronia - Tomkins House Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.

A tree will be planted in memory of Lloyd in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. A dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 11, 2022
at 2:30 p.m.
