Zeidler, Klaus Dieter
Sadly, after a lengthy illness with Alzheimer's, Klaus passed away on Saturday, May 29, 2021 at Strathcona LTC in Mount Forest, ON. Born in Berlin, Germany on July 13, 1941 to the late Karl and Hildegard Zeidler. Loving husband of 57 yrs. to Eleanor Onyschuk. Dearly loved by his son Erik (Monika) and his granddaughter Isabella. Dear brother of Sigrid (deceased), Karen Robichaud (Val), Helma Dunn( George) and Susan Zeidler (Pete Campbell). Lovingly remembered and missed by his nieces, nephews, friends and neighbours from Toronto, Pickering, Bailieboro, Mount Forest and relatives in Germany. For many years, Klaus was employed at Fellowes Manufacturing. He proudly coached minor baseball and hockey, taking the Pickering Major Atoms to the All-Ontario Championship in 1982.
Funeral Service will be held at Greenwood Cemetery on Wednesday, June 2, 2021.
In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Alzheimer Society in Wellington and Dufferin Counties.
A tree will be planted in memory of Klaus in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
