November 17, 1962-February 1 2023
Kevin Lloyd Smith of Mono, Ontario passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his family.
Kevin was adored and will be forever missed by his loving wife Denise and daughter Angela (Pete) Smith; Stepfather to Justin & Chase Taylor; cherished grandfather to Marcus, William, Leah, Logan and Landen; little brother to Leslie Devins, Susan (Paul) Foster and David (Liz) Smith; Brother-in-law Steve (Rosen) and Wynter (Dorman); Favorite Uncle to Caren, Kristen, Ryan, Olivia and Spencer.
Kevin was born in Mississauga and is predeceased by his parents Arthur and Margery Smith.
He will be remembered and admired for his love of wildlife and forever carry the name “The Animal Whisperer.”
For 35 years he thrived with the knowledge that his contributions to the rescue and safety of all God’s creatures were fulfilled.
Kevin will be greatly missed by his beautiful goats, ducks, geese and 4 cats that cherished him.
A celebration of life will be held at Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel and Reception Centre, 21 First St. Orangeville on Thursday February 9th 2023 at 2:30 pm with visitation beginning at 1:30pm
We would like to thank all our family and friends that have supported us through this very difficult time. A special thank you to Nigel for your guidance and also to our wonderful nurse Lisa. We would have been completely lost without you.
