Peacefully at Headwaters Health Care Centre, Orangeville on Sunday, November 27th, 2022 at the age of 91. Beloved husband of the late Isabel Agnes Whitfielld (Bath) 2003. Dear father of Brian, Brenda Speers (Larry Weltz), Beverly Whitfield (Mike McCausland), Barbara Whitfield (Dan Tellier). Cherished grandfather and great-grandfather. Predeceased by his son Bruce Whitfield (1996). John will also be greatly missed by other relatives and many friends.
A tree will be planted in memory of John in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. 21st Annual Dedication Service will be held on Sunday, September 10, 2023 at 2:00 p.m.
