Peacefully at Headwaters Health Care Centre on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at the age of 79.
Husband of Trudy LaVieille.
Father of Maurice, Therese, Jean Paul and Phil.
Grandfather of Kodie, Josh, Jake, Matt, Brayden, Cain and Carly.
Son of Gaston and Editha LaVieille.
Brother of Maria Vertolli (Joe)

This year Movember has a special meaning to me, Jake. I recently lost my grandfather to prostate cancer. In honour of him and everyone else who's been affected by a men's health issue, I'm going to be offering a little more than just stache growing. On November 30th, I will not only shave the incredibly sexy mustache I produce, but will also be painfully waxing myself, live for your enjoyment.

A tree will be planted in memory of John in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. The annual dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 8, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
