Passed away peacefully with family by his side, at Avalon Care Centre on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at the age of 73. Loving son of the late Francis and Irene Connor. Dear brother of Monica, Carol, Brian, Glenn, Steve, Faye and the late Billy, Jane and Alice. John will also be greatly missed by his nieces and nephews and many friends.
Funeral Service will be held at Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre 21 First Street Orangeville, On L9W 2C8 on Monday, December 23, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation one hour prior. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery, Orangeville. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
A tree will be planted in memory of John in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. The annual dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 13, 2020 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
