Passed away peacefully with the sun on his face, with his family by his side at Headwaters Health Care Centre on Thursday, November 22, 2018 at the age of 76. Beloved husband of Lorna. Dear father of Donnie (Joanne), Lawrie (Chris), and Scott. Cherished grandfather of Sonia and Dylan. He will be missed greatly by Rex and Shylo. Gordon will be remembered by family and his many friends.
Visitation will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First St., Orangeville on Monday, November 26, 2018 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
A tree will be planted in memory of Gordon in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. The annual dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 8, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
