It is with profound sadness that the family of Giuseppe Sforza announce his peaceful passing on Sunday, October 30th, 2022 at the age of 79 years.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 49 years, Diane; daughter Julie and son-in-law Nevill, granddaughter Alexia as well as numerous relatives and friends.
Joe was a humble man who loved his family with every ounce of his being. He will be remembered for never passing up an opportunity to sit in the sun and enjoy the outdoors. Many of his favourite things included fishing, hunting, gardening, movie time with his family and the Toronto Maple Leafs.
While we will miss him terribly, we know that he will always be with us and forever in our hearts.
Celebration of Giuseppe’s life will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First St., Orangeville on Saturday, November 5th, 2022.
Viewing will be between 3:00pm-4:00pm followed by the ceremony and light refreshments.
A tree will be planted in memory of Giuseppe in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. 21st Annual Dedication Service will be held on Sunday, September 10, 2023 at 2:00 p.m.
